Why Hasn’t My Order Shipped After 7 Days?

Why Was My Order Partially Shipped?
Your order might be shipped in parts due to:
1. Multiple Warehouses: Items may be shipped from different locations to ensure prompt delivery.
2. Overweight Packages: Large or heavy orders may need to be split into multiple shipments.
3. Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we may ship the available items first.
In such cases, we usually notify you via email. Check your inbox for updates, and feel free to contact us to switch items or request a refund.
Why Is My Order Still Processing After Several Days?
If your order status remains “Processing” for more than 48 hours, it usually means some items are out of stock. Restocking typically takes 2-5 days. For updates or concerns, contact us directly via email.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
. Pending Payment: Contact us to cancel the order.
. Paid but Not Shipped: We can cancel the order and provide a full refund.
. Shipped Orders: Cancellation isn’t possible. However, you can return unopened items upon receipt for a refund (shipping costs not covered).
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned goods.
My Order Isn’t Showing in My EZPARTYSTORE Account
This could happen due to:
1. Payment Error: An issue during the checkout process.
2. Guest Checkout: Orders placed without logging in to your account.
To resolve this, confirm your payment via your PayPal account and provide us with the transaction ID, invoice ID, or your PayPal email address. Contact our customer service for assistance.

How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order during both the processing and shipping stages:
. Processing: Log in to your EZPARTYSTORE account and check the “My Orders” page to view the order status.
. Shipped: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and the website link to trace your package. Tracking details are also available on your “Order Details” page.
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Reach out to Customer Service or email us at ezpartystore.com for assistance.

Shipping to Remote Areas
We deliver to remote areas worldwide. However, FedEx or DHL may charge a nominal “remote area fee” if your address is far from main logistics centers.

Is Shipping Included in Product Prices?
. If an item is labeled “free shipping”, there is no extra shipping cost.
